The Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) has partnered with the Association of Community Services of Howard County (ACS) to promote the artistic and creative abilities of students through art exhibits.
Under the terms of the agreement, HCPSS will annually loan student art to ACS for display. ACS will provide a professional venue to share student art at the Nonprofit Collaborative of Howard County. The Nonprofit Collaborative houses 16 organizations that serve a broad range of needs for Howard County residents. ACS will also host an after-school student reception for each art exhibition.
