Developments: The MTES provides timely, unbiased, friendly and confidential business and technical assistance to Maryland manufacturers. Key assistance areas include Business Operations Assessments, Business Development & Planning, Quality & Productivity Improvement, New Product Development Assistance, Problem Identification & Solution Determination, Regulation Compliance, Plant Modernization and Cellular Manufacturing.
