Jenner, Plaxen Cited by MJA
Attorneys Robert Jenner of Janet, Jenner & Suggs and Bruce Plaxen of Plaxen & Adler have been named 2009 Lawyers of the Year by the Maryland Justice Association (MJA). They were among five attorneys recognized for their 12-year battle to expose double-billing by HMOs and whose court challenges led to a Maryland Supreme Court ruling that the practice is unconstitutional.
