MacKenzie Opts for Independence, C&W Looks to Baltimore City
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services and Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) have jointly announced their intention to part ways after a three-and-one-half-year alliance, as the contiguous proximity between C&W's D.C.-based regional office and MacKenzie's Baltimore-based Maryland territory has created an increasing overlap of market coverage.

"We understand Cushman & Wakefield's strategic plan to have a company-owned office to serve the Baltimore region. Cushman & Wakefield is an outstanding company.
