New Personal Training Studio in Opening in Columbia
Just in time for New Year's fitness resolutions, Wellness Evolution Studio in the Kings Contrivance Village Center in Columbia will hold its grand opening open house on Saturday, Jan. 5, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
At Wellness Evolution, clients have choices. The house offers personal training with individual and small group options. Personal training is just that, an opportunity for each client to have a personalized training program based on his or her specific health and fitness goals.
Owner and personal trainer Lisa Martin teaches her clients to make small changes over time rather then drastic short term, quick fix "solutions" that promise unhealthy weight loss. Spending the past eight years doing in-home personal training, she shows her clients how to be healthy with few resources.
Wellness Evolution focuses on overall health through a combination of physical fitness, emotional fitness and nutrition. In addition, massage therapy and acupuncture provide options for complete total body health. For more information, call 410-707-0055 or visit www.WellnessEvolutionStudio.com.
